I'm looking for a role where I can support critical applications, troubleshoot system issues, improve performance, and continue growing through fast-paced teamwork and continuous learning.

I've provided 24/7 infrastructure and application support to maintain the availability and performance of critical systems.

At Broadridge Financial Solutions, I worked as a Process Analyst, managing incident, problem, change, and transition support activities in line with ITIL best practices.

At Anarghya Communication Pvt Ltd, I worked as a Frontend Developer. I also contributed to a web application that connects blood donors with people needing blood, enabling donor registration and public access to donor details.

I'm focused on application troubleshooting, database query execution, automation scripting, systems monitoring, and efficient incident resolution.
