I'm looking to lead cross-functional programs that improve operational workflows, scale ML-enabled systems, and support successful product launches across global markets.

At Amazon Business, I coordinated engineering, data science, and classification operations to replace manual SQL-based catalog classification with ML models. The program reduced customer escalations by 64.8%, launched 86 classification codes across 56.5 million products, and maintained average precision and recall above 93%.
