At Vint Marketplace, I managed day-to-day marketplace operations, coordinating order fulfillment, shipments, inventory updates, and customer communications. I created invoices and tracked payments in Xero, and developed SOPs and operational trackers to support consistent workflows.
For a project with Soin du Vin, Inc., I researched, prepared, and submitted approximately 500 wine-label applications using the U.S. TTB COLA Public Registry. I’ve also recruited, trained, and supervised three remote assistants and supported operations across businesses in the United States, Australia, Canada, and India.
