What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a life-sciences role where I can own Track & Trace application support—incident management, troubleshooting, and compliance-focused serialization/supply chain workflows—working with stakeholders to keep production running smoothly.

I’m a MasterofComputerApplications (MCA) graduate with 5+ years of experience in Application Support and Track & Trace within the life sciences industry. I’ve supported business-critical applications in global environments, with a strong focus on serialization and compliance-driven supply chain processes.

In my recent role, I monitored Track&Trace applications (TraceLink and Serialization processes), managed incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, and performed troubleshooting and root cause analysis. I also collaborated with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, supported SAP and TraceLink application integration, and contributed to DSCSA and EU FMD compliance through EPCIS data management and reconciliation.
