What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where I can own customer onboarding, resolve issues end-to-end, and use CRM data to improve account health and retention. I want a process-driven team that values quality, calm communication, and continuous inbound-sales improvement.

I’m a customer support and customer success professional who’s run the customer side of multiple ventures for over five years, from onboarding through after-sales support and long-term retention. I own the full customer journey—phone, email, and chat—so problems don’t linger.

At Metro Coldroom (Pengi Nig Limited), I sustain a customer return rate above 90% by using CRM data to catch issues early rather than after frustration has set in. I track every order and complaint, follow up until each case is closed, and ensure consistent quality checks and delivery timing.

Quality and clarity are how I work: my biochemistry and quality control background shaped a “check things twice” mindset, close process follow-through, and calm communication under pressure. I’ve also hired and trained a 4-person team, coaching them to answer accurately and confidently without sounding scripted.

I’m continuing to strengthen my CRM and inbound-sales capabilities through HubSpot certification coursework, with a focus on customer onboarding, account health monitoring, and retention strategies. I’m comfortable supporting clients across different time zones and staying proactive so the customer experience stays dependable.
