Precious Nduji

At Ohana Group, I lead day-to-day commercial and business operations across sales, marketing, administration, client service and business development. I coordinate a 14-person cross-functional team and have generated and closed over ₦100M in property sales while managing relationships with 50+ clients.

I’ve launched and commercially positioned three real-estate developments, negotiated strategic partnerships, and managed sales pipelines, client follow-up, team performance and management priorities.

Through Babana Agro Integrated and Awalin Foods, I translate early-stage ideas into practical operating workflows across aquaculture, crop production, food processing and product development. I oversee production, sourcing, packaging, inventory, commercial planning and product commercialization, including aquaculture capacity for 12,000+ fish.

I also bring hands-on entrepreneurial, customer success and public relations experience from Mmackies Emporium & Interiors, Bush Global Homes and the Public Complaints Commission. I enjoy solving business problems, coordinating stakeholders, strengthening client experience and helping teams execute.
