At Empower, I supported SFTP-based SaaS integrations that securely exchanged application inventory, user, license, entitlement, and operational data. I managed file-transfer workflows and investigated incidents involving authentication, failed transfers, file quality, and downstream processing.
Earlier, at TCS, I supported Microsoft partner environments across Azure Active Directory, virtual machines, and application operations. At Concentrix, I supported cloud operations and migrations, including using Azure Data Factory for ETL and creating Azure virtual machines to host applications.
