I am a results-driven innovation leader with over 5 years of experience in managing operations, strategic planning, fundraising, and program development across academia, startups, and incubation ecosystems. My journey has been marked by a proven ability to mentor startups, execute cross-functional initiatives, and drive sustainable innovation in diverse sectors including healthcare, fintech, and sustainability.

In my current role as Head of Operations & Outreach at K-Hub Incubation Forum, I have been instrumental in drafting new interdisciplinary courses aimed at practical, industry-relevant learning. I designed the "Imagineering School" incubation framework to enhance students' problem-solving and critical thinking skills, while also managing daily operations and supporting over 10 startups through structured guidance.
