I’m looking for a role where I can own banking and finance operations end-to-end, translate requirements into system workflows, and strengthen internal controls—working closely with business, technology, and audit teams to improve turnaround time and accuracy.

I’m a Business & Finance Operations professional and Implementation Analyst with 5+ years of experience supporting Banking, Cards & Payments and hospitality clients across the USA, Canada, India, and Mexico. I translate business needs into structured process and system solutions, using hands-on exposure to Oracle FLEXCUBE, SAP, Coupa, Concur, and accounting systems like Xero and QuickBooks.

I focus on end-to-end operational outcomes—requirements gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, gap/impact/risk assessment, and UAT coordination—while keeping control compliance at the center. From ACH/remittance/check clearing workflows and reconciliations to high-volume AP/AR processing, month-end close support, and stakeholder coordination, I improve turnaround time and reduce manual effort through ERP-based process optimization.
