I want to join a progressive organization where I can use my skills in sales, client handling, ERP, CRM, and operations while growing stronger in marketing and staying current with marketing trends.

I’m currently an Operations Executive – Franchise Support at Thyrocare Technology Ltd, managing franchise operations and resolving partner queries while coordinating across logistics, labs, accounts, and support teams. I handle reporting, onboarding, and process improvements to improve efficiency and service quality.

Before this, I worked as a Management Trainee – Sales at Zenith Leisure Holidays Limited, where I built customer relationships and led lead-generation to expand the user base. I also ran ERP-based transaction processes for smooth performance, and completed a Digital Marketing Internship at Roku Digital Inc focused on Canva, Facebook Ads, and Instagram marketing.
