Deployed as onsite engineer at VALMET in Finland and China for 3D Paper Machine Assembly CAD Migration and WET END SECTION Walkway Platform Design. Designed parametric VAT pulper tank, universal joints, and gearboxes in CATIA V6, and coordinated onsite-to-offshore communication.

Managed composite manufacturing processes (DMC, BMC, SMC, FRP, CFRP) for auto-ancillary components, responsible for process design, quality, team coordination, and production planning.

Designed 2D layouts and core/cavity extraction drawings for Stretch Blow Moulds, and prepared machining and manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD 2006/7.
