I've designed and optimized mechanical systems across fencing, pipeline inspection tools, material handling equipment, subsea tooling, automotive components, electrical motors, and manufacturing fixtures.
At Lee Brothers Fencing, I produce 3D models, 2D drawings, and design documentation for fencing, gates, automations, acoustic walls, and hoardings. I review vendor and client inputs, mentor engineers, and coordinate with Australian, electrical, firmware, and manufacturing teams to meet AS/NZS standards.
Previously, I supported pipeline ILI tools at Lin Scan, heavy machinery and energy solutions at Vegazva Engineering, subsea XMT tooling at Aker Powergas Subsea, and automotive, motor, and fixture design projects. I use CAD, PLM, engineering documentation, DFM, GD&T, and manufacturing knowledge to improve feasibility, reliability, cost, and quality.
