At Volvo Group India, I owned mechanical cabin components from concept through product release, developing dashboard trim, ECU brackets, and wiring-harness interfaces in NX. I created manufacturing drawings and BOMs in Teamcenter and assessed fit, form, and function with GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis.
At TCS - General Motors North America, I supported SUV programs involving plastic body components and ADAS integration. I designed 3D models and drawings, integrated sensors with vehicle architectures, and reduced tooling costs by approximately 20% through DFM.
At Allegis India, I developed wiring harness systems for Mercedes-Benz Trucks and designed HVAC systems, cooling pipes, and chassis structures for General Motors. My work included routing and installation studies, Nastran-based analysis, and tolerance stack-up initiatives.
Most recently, as a Wiring harness Engineer with Boeing – Infotree Global Solutions (Contract), I supported 737 wiring-harness routing and electrical-system retrofit activities. I reviewed connector interfaces and evaluated routing and installation feasibility using PTC Creo and Siemens NX.
