What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow into a Technical Lead role where I can drive architecture decisions and engineering standards, lead end-to-end delivery, mentor engineers, and build reliable performance-critical systems across fintech or telecom teams.

I've delivered protocol-level C++ features at Radcom for global telecom clients, including a standalone RADIUS CDR module for 1Global and Tier-4 production support for carrier-grade deployments. Previously at Acuity Knowledge Partners, I led the migration of $4B+ in live alpha trading strategies with 100% data integrity.

I modernize legacy C++ systems, improve performance, lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and translate client and compliance requirements into reliable deliverables. I'm now looking to grow into a Technical Lead role driving architecture decisions and engineering standards across teams.
