I’m looking to build and optimize low-latency FIX-connected trading and risk systems—owning critical code paths, improving performance and protocol correctness, and collaborating on AI-driven development to ship faster without compromising reliability.

I’m a Senior Software Engineer with over 11 years of experience designing and developing high-performance, low-latency trading systems across the trade lifecycle. My focus is on order-routing/exchange-connectivity components and risk engines, with deep domain understanding of Buy-Side/Sell-Side workflows (RFQ, RSP), pre-trade risk management, and market data analytics.

At Broadridge-Itiviti, I owned FIX-related functionality for RSP trading workflows—routing New Order Single (Msgtype D) and Quote Request (Msgtype R) messages to strategy applications and processing exchange responses to generate Execution Reports (Msgtype 8). I also worked on the Limits component for pre-trade risk checks, supporting static/dynamic rules in live mode and evaluating orders in the matching engine, along with enhancements for FIX protocol compliance and correct message mapping (tags, reject reasons, and order lifecycle edge cases).

I’m especially proud of performance and reliability improvements: I reduced per-message processing latency by approx 5% in the FIX IN order-processing hot path by optimizing latency-critical code paths and removing redundant SDK API queries. I redesigned security status handling to use a single app startup-time stream cached across instruments, avoiding per-security streams that delayed the live order flow cycle—while continuing to improve quoting behavior (validation, reject reason reporting, and quote band controls) and counterparty quote controls for access management.
