I'm looking to lead business analysis, managed services, implementation, and QA initiatives for asset management platforms, helping clients improve workflows, integrations, reporting, and release delivery.

At Alpha Alternatives, I lead Managed Services delivery for eFront Invest modules across alternative investments, combining functional consulting, production support, contract renewals, proposals, and service delivery governance. I help clients define upgrade roadmaps, improve reporting and workflows, prioritize issues, and deliver releases aligned with SLAs.

Across Nuveen and TIAA private markets initiatives, I've translated business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, test plans, and release activities for Product and Account Master, Everest, LMS, and Front Invest applications. I've led onshore and offshore QA teams, supported integrations and data validation, and helped deliver releases with zero production defects.
