I've supported customers across beauty retail, banking, and technical service environments for seven years. Most recently at Nykaa, I handled makeup artistry, skincare and fragrance guidance, and daily store operations.

At ELCA India, I advised customers on products for their skin types and delivered makeup demos with professional tips and techniques. I've been trained on MAC, Estée Lauder, Bobbi Brown, Smashbox, Too Faced, Clinique, and The Ordinary.

Earlier, I assisted UK business banking customers at Barclays Shared Services with account queries and product upselling. I also provided technical support for Netgear and British Telecom customers through Teleperformance and Wipro.
