What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support role where I can improve end-user experience, maintain reliable IT operations, and contribute to internal application or web product delivery.

At Werkudara Group, I support more than 50 users across Windows and macOS while keeping day-to-day IT operations dependable.

I manage Microsoft Office 365 administration, including user provisioning, security groups, and licenses, alongside cPanel, DNS, hosting, routing, and corporate email deliverability.

I’ve developed and maintained internal applications including OASIS, the Wellbeing App, and Room Booking System, and optimized multi-platform websites for a seamless experience and 99.9% uptime.

I also built the JCWF landing page and configured its Google Workspace email setup, and previously developed BAWASLU’s E-PPID mobile app with Kotlin and Retrofit API.
