I’m an Export Documentation Executive with 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in international shipping operations at Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC). I process and manage high-volume Bills of Lading to keep shipments accurate, timely, and compliant in deadline-driven environments.

In my current role, I handle 30+ Bills of Lading daily across multiple shipments, owning the complete export documentation lifecycle. I manage pre-manifest and post-manifest amendments, verify VGM compliance, and apply Incoterms2020 (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP) across shipments while maintaining a 90%+ documentation accuracy rate.

I’m known for zero major escalations while coordinating across internal teams (operations, vessel planning, finance) and external clients. I also support international shipping workflow operations by conducting documentation verification to meet international shipping standards and ensuring SLA adherence to client requirements.

Alongside day-to-day documentation excellence, I’m building analytical skills (Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI) to transition into operations analyst and process improvement roles.
