At Tata Consultancy Services, supporting ZIM Integrated Shipping Services, I prepare, verify, and amend Bills of Lading for export shipments, following trade regulations and SLA requirements.
I process 50+ fresh and re-mailed export shipments daily. My work also includes Shipping Instructions, AMS documentation, freight validation, and shipment rating.
I monitor documentation and freight error reports, work with customers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, and train new hires on operational workflows and quality standards.
