What I'm looking for

I’m looking to bring accuracy, ownership, and a customer-first approach to a Document Process Expert role.

At MAERSK Global Service, I process and verify import and export documents against global standards, and handle vessel reconciliation and manifest processes. I also assist customers with queries and exceptions.

Previously, as an Export Documentation Executive at Akash Shipping Agency, I managed pre-shipment documentation for exporters, including shipping bills, bookings, shipping instructions, and certificates. I submitted shipping instructions through Inttra and liner websites and updated VGM declarations in Odex.

I reconcile container counts against vessel sailing reports to catch discrepancies before they become claims or delays. I also contribute to SOP improvements, participate in internal projects, and support onboarding and training initiatives.
