I support Microsoft Intune, Azure Portal, Exchange Admin Center, and Zscaler, and coordinate with CISO teams on security and data breach response. I also analyze blocked files with Carbon Black and VirusTotal to help prevent malware threats.

Previously at Cognizant, I resolved Citrix VDI issues using Workspace, Director, and vSphere, managed ServiceNow incident and priority tickets, and consistently met SLA targets.

I've built onboarding and offboarding documentation, knowledge-base articles, and repeatable resolution procedures that make complex technical issues easier for support teams and users to understand.
