I’m a Technology Risk Assurance (ITGC) Analyst at EY Global Delivery Services, focused on executing enterprise IT controls, compliance frameworks, and AI-driven process automation. I bridge business requirements with technology to enable secure, compliant, and scalable AI adoption.

In my current role, I perform ITGC assessments across access management, change management, and computer operations, evaluating design and operational effectiveness in line with SOX and SOC2 requirements. I engage with internal audit teams to test control frameworks, identify control gaps, and track remediation actions through to resolution.

I also deliver stakeholder-ready risk reports and presentations for senior management and cross-functional teams, clearly communicating risks, control gaps, and remediation status. I leverage data analysis and automation techniques to streamline audit evidence collection and reporting, improving efficiency and scalability of assurance activities.

Before EY, I built BI dashboards and applied ML for sales forecasting and retail price estimation at Peakprosys. I also developed an NLP-based intelligent chatbot using Python during my AI Project Internship, strengthening my ability to design analytics- and AI-enabled solutions that improve customer support automation and response accuracy.
