I designed, developed, and tested a Logical Access Validation Agent that automated audit evidence review, saving 4+ hours per audit engagement. The solution was approved for enterprise-wide production rollout.
I also lead a 5-member automation team and support audits, privacy risk assessments, and business continuity reviews. I build Power BI dashboards and manage risk records in ServiceNow IRM.
