I evaluate controls covering Identity & Access Management, resilience, and information security. I also manage issues from identification and documentation through escalation and remediation tracking.
At Fiserv, I developed a Power BI forensic engine that identified billed-hour discrepancies and led to the recovery of 300,000+ overbilled hours. I also engineered ORCAM, an AI-leveraged tool for vendor onboarding, infrastructure audits, and review certification.
I was Project Manager for the nationwide rollout of Project PhotoShield, a security proctoring tool for remote contractors. Earlier, I completed vendor risk assessments and compliance documentation as a Technology Analyst – Global Vendor Governance (Intern).
