I've led the end-to-end design, manufacturing, and sale of a 6-axis robotic arm, from market research and BOM creation through 3D-printed MVPs, manuals, and final sales.

At GDIOT Innovations, I coordinated five cross-functional teams across business development, robotics, content, media, and 3D printing to deploy products within 12 weeks. I also managed manufacturing for 30 robotic-arm units, vendor sourcing, procurement, tolerance management, and fabrication operations.

At TalentAxisPro, I support strategic partnerships and technical recruitment for enterprise clients including IBM and Capgemini, building talent pipelines across IT, telecommunications, banking, edtech, and heavy industries. I've sourced multilingual and AI Red Teaming talent while developing academic alliances with institutes across India.

I'm also experienced in robotics instruction, drone training, RC piloting, technical event operations, and product R&D. My work combines hands-on engineering execution with cross-functional leadership, vendor coordination, and scalable talent operations.
