At Optimiser, I architected end-to-end test automation frameworks using Claude Code and helped introduce Playwright automation across the QA organization. I also integrated automated test execution with Jira and code repositories for defect logging and CI/CD reporting.
At ETP, I managed enterprise QA operations across retail, POS, and CRM, including automation tool selection and test infrastructure across multiple environments. Earlier, at Lumina Datamatics and Datamatics, I worked on functional, regression, and performance testing, including JMeter load tests and quality audits.
