At Virtusa, I design UI and API automation frameworks with Playwright, JavaScript, and Python, and integrate automated tests into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines. I also create RAG test data and validation scenarios for retrieval accuracy, source relevance, context completeness, and grounded responses.
I'm currently working on an AI-driven Quality Engineering initiative using Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and MCP. I designed a multi-agent QA approach for requirements analysis, acceptance-criteria validation, test-scenario generation, and coverage assessment, supported by reusable SKILL.md files.
At Ernst & Young, I designed and maintained automation for eCommerce, banking, retail, and mobile applications. My work included Cypress and Playwright frameworks, payment API testing with Postman, Appium testing, and JMeter performance testing.
Earlier, I automated healthcare workflows at CIBERSITES Pvt Ltd and developed Selenium automation at IQVIA. Across these roles, I've worked on functional and regression testing, CI/CD integration, defect analysis, and release validation.
