At JP MORGAN CHASE & CO., I’m currently a Senior Product Owner working on the Agentic AI Command Center for Payments Technology. I defined the platform’s scope and prioritized roadmap, coordinating delivery of an AI-driven dashboard for production support.
I’ve also worked on the Integrated Data Platform for Data Quality, supporting data quality standards across CIB Securities Services. On the IMOS program, I led requirements analysis and stakeholder workshops for a migration from a third-party legacy platform to a strategic platform.
I began at JP MORGAN CHASE & CO. as a UAT Specialist, testing the end-to-end trade lifecycle and developing automated test scripts for high-volume client trades. I hold a Master of Management Studies in Information Technology and an International Software Testing Qualifications Board certification.
