Evyan Rai

At India Leaders for Social Sector, I partner on fundraising, outreach, and program priorities while supporting the CEO’s external communications. My funder research, proposal drafting, and due diligence contributed to fundraising that secured ₹7.5 Cr in FY 24–25 and ₹10.3 Cr through Q4 FY 25–26.

I’ve planned and delivered conferences, webinars, and outreach campaigns end to end, coordinating speakers, logistics, internal teams, and external partners under tight timelines. I also authored ILSS’s Brand Narrative and have counselled 1,400+ aspiring social-sector leaders, helping achieve inquiry-to-application conversion rates of 25% in corporate programs and 40% in social-sector programs.

My research background spans Lokniti-CSDS and the AICC Research Department, where I analyzed survey data, political developments, budgets, policy, and public-opinion trends. I bring an Economics foundation and a practical ability to turn complex research into clear briefs, proposals, presentations, and decisions.
