At SIPA (Samarth In Participatory Action Society), I coordinated field implementation across 7 villages and worked with communities on water conservation and local water governance. I contributed to decentralized water-harvesting structures that created 4,300 cubic meters of storage capacity, improving irrigation access for farmers.
At SRIJAN (Self-Reliant Initiatives through Joint Action), I led community mobilization and sustainable agriculture initiatives, including training households in natural farming and establishing 206 natural-input-based orchards. I also supported resource mapping using QGIS and Google Earth Pro.
