At Morgan Advanced Materials, I partner with CIO Office leadership on strategic improvement and lead the IT Finance Transformation programme, strengthening financial governance, cost transparency, and value realisation. I also head the enterprise Digital Upskilling programme, accelerating AI and digital capability through Communities of Practice, champion networks, and targeted learning.
Previously, I established and led the Global IT Continuous Improvement function at Morgan Advanced Materials. I led an ITSM transformation impacting more than 7,000 employees across multiple regions, advanced AI enablement in IT Service Management and Infrastructure, and partnered with HR leadership on the Joiners, Movers and Leavers transformation. At Capgemini, I worked across delivery innovation, quality assurance, process improvement, and automation, including leadership workshops and Lean improvement initiatives.
