I'm leading capacity building at Breakthrough Trust, supporting work across gender justice, mental health, youth engagement, trauma-informed practice, and anti-caste work.
Previously, I worked as a psychologist in private practice and as an associate at The Alternative Story, bringing counselling psychology and clinical supervision experience to mental health support.
At Pride Circle, I led research and content, using qualitative research, NVivo, and report writing to support LGBTQ+ inclusion work.
My earlier work as a counsellor at MSF India strengthened my experience in project coordination, capacity building, and psychosocial support. I hold a Master's degree in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Counselling Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Science.
