I've built 700+ supervised clinical hours at Poona Hospital and Research Centre, conducting diagnostic and therapeutic work across varied psychiatric conditions. I’ve completed 40+ case histories and MSEs, delivered 10+ psychoeducation sessions, and followed up with 500+ patients to support continuity of care.

At Heart It Out, I delivered 30+ pro bono hours of 1:1 online therapeutic care for recurring clients under structured supervision. I presented client cases in group discussions and strengthened my case conceptualization through peer and supervisory feedback.

My practice is collaborative and process-oriented, informed by CBT, DBT, trauma-informed approaches, and IFS techniques. I’m currently pursuing DBT Practitioner certification and value active supervision as central to ethical clinical work.

I’ve also supported rehabilitation patients, children with ASD, and at-risk youth through structured group activities, mindfulness sessions, and classroom-based support. As a Field Research Investigator with CHRIST University and LifeLab, I conduct group psychology evaluations and participant observation in school settings.
