What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed counseling in collaborative clinical, hospital, community, or teletherapy settings, with opportunities to support diverse populations and grow in research or academic practice.

I've counseled cancer patients and survivors at Sanjeevani – Life Beyond Cancer, helping them navigate treatment anxiety, fear of recurrence, grief, and caregiver stress while coordinating support-program enrollment.

In de-addiction care at Bharat Vansh Rehabilitation & De-addiction Centre, I independently managed 30–40 complex cases, led daily psychoeducation and peer-support groups, and used CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, grounding protocols, and art therapy to support recovery.

I've also delivered teletherapy at Manifest Therapy and mental-health workshops in Delhi government schools. My clinical practice combines trauma-informed care, structured assessment, collaborative treatment planning, and a commitment to making mental-health support more accessible.
