At Tata Consultancy Services, I build and deploy Generative AI chatbots for banking clients including Deutsche Bank Wealth Management, IKANO Bank, and CIBC. My work includes multi-turn conversational systems, RAG applications over bank policy documents, and agentic ServiceNow integrations that raise incidents and retrieve request status through tool calling.
I bring a reliability-first approach shaped by L2 production support for high-availability core banking applications, where I led P1/P2 incident response, maintained zero SLA breaches for 12 consecutive months, and automated health checks and monitoring with Shell scripts.
Beyond client delivery, I've built multi-agent resume analysis, document Q&A, AI voice-assistant, and computer-vision projects using LangGraph, LangChain, Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, FastAPI, Streamlit, and Docker.
