At Neev Schools, I designed and facilitated cross-campus “quality circles” for 25 educators, using needs assessments to turn pedagogical research and best practice into accessible training content.

I built educator training and course content with Captivate, Storyline, Figma, and Framer. I also reviewed learner progress and outcomes through Toddle LMS and used facilitator feedback and observed outcomes to recommend delivery enhancements.

At Aakash Institute, I broke down complex biology and scientific concepts into clear instructional content for students preparing for NEET UG, and built instructional and assessment materials.

As a Research Assistant at Savitribai Phule Pune University, I gained firsthand experience with academic research and editorial work and was first author on findings published in a Springer Nature journal. I also presented research at the Aavishkar 2022 university-level seminar.
