At Gebbs Healthcare Solutions, I develop e-learning storyboards, videos, and presentations, and manage LMS operations. I’ve created 15+ e-learning videos and trained and onboarded 20 new joiners.
I also deliver training on storyboarding and instructional design, including DNA (Design, Nurture & Advance) sessions. My work has included developing onboarding and technical training modules that reduced new hire onboarding time by 25%.
Previously, at V2 Solutions, I developed e-learning modules and training content for AI tools in collaboration with Adobe. I worked with SMEs on learner-focused materials and mentored junior writers.
At K12 Techno Services Pvt Ltd, I created storyboards and interactive eLearning courses for visual arts education, applying ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model. My background also includes teaching design entrance exam preparation at Toprankers and a Master of Fine Art in Printmaking/Painting from Sir J. J. School of Art.
