I’m a hardworking, self-driven General Manager who enjoys multitasking and motivating others to win as a team. In my current role, I develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase profitability, while overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.

I lead a team of 7 employees, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high levels of productivity and performance. I also focus on strong relationships with key stakeholders—suppliers, vendors, and customers—to strengthen business partnerships.

Before management, I built hands-on care experience as a Caregiver, providing compassionate support to elderly clients. I assisted with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management, while maintaining a clean, organized environment and prioritizing safety and comfort.

I’ve also done operational and food-service work, including cooking, cleaning, preparing food, and supporting customers with their needs. I graduated Medical Billing & Coding with a 4.0 GPA, made the Dean’s list, and earned a CPR Certification—combining people-first care with service, compliance, and professional discipline.
