What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply research-first legal work—supporting securities, corporate transactions, and IP matters—by drafting case notes and opinions, and building stronger compliance and due-diligence skills.

I’m a BBA LLB (Hons.) student (Intellectual Property Rights specialization) with a strong record of legal research, case analysis, and clear writing, currently pursuing my degree at Amity University. I’ve built my foundation through coursework in Intellectual Property Rights and consistent academic performance.

In my internships, I’ve supported fast-moving legal work across securities, corporate, and IP topics. I researched the “contra-trade restriction” under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, analyzed Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for disclosure materiality, and examined merger procedures under the Companies Act, 2013 with an emphasis on legal due diligence. I also prepared detailed case reports on insurance claim disputes and drafted legal opinions comparing ESOP rules across jurisdictions.

I bring an analytical, compliance-focused approach to legal problem-solving—whether it’s preparing case notes for AAR/LLP compliance requirements, contributing to arbitration-related research, or producing publication-ready research. I’m actively expanding my expertise through coursework (including Media and Entertainment Law) and moot-style practice in legal advocacy and written presentations.
