What I'm looking for

I’m looking for opportunities where I can apply rigorous legal research, compliance drafting, and due-diligence skills to protect stakeholders—especially in real estate, insolvency, and IP—while learning from strong mentors in a detail-driven practice.

I’m a B.A. LLB. (Hons.) graduate with hands-on internship experience across real estate regulation, insolvency research, and intellectual property. I’ve drafted and supported legal work ranging from compliance checklists and third-party due diligence to detailed MoU drafting that reduces future dispute risk.

Across my internships, I’ve researched evolving frameworks under IBC and RERA, including the CIRP Amendment Regulations 2025 and stakeholder rights and liabilities under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. I also completed IP-focused research on Artificial Intelligence, NFT and IPR, and strengthened my practice through courses in patents and Mergers and Acquisitions.
