What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in merchandising or procurement where I can lead buyer accounts and suppliers, leverage SAP S/4HANA and IFS expertise, and drive on-time delivery and commercial impact through strong cross-functional coordination.

I’m a dynamic, results-oriented Merchandising Professional with over 4.5 years of Merchandiser experience in merchandising, supplier management, procurement coordination, product development, customer relationship management, and business operations. I manage international buyer accounts and coordinate end-to-end execution from product development through production and delivery.

I build strong supplier partnerships across fabric, trim, and packaging categories, including managing relationships with 20+ suppliers to ensure timely sourcing and material availability. I coordinate across sourcing, planning, production, finance, quality assurance, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines, and I analyze customer requirements, product specifications, market trends, and operational data to support informed business decisions.

I also bring ERP capability as a SAP S/4HANA and IFS Systems Specialist, supporting process support and training for system users, including procurement planning and supplier onboarding. Earlier in my career, I strengthened customer and quality execution through roles in customer recovery, call center operations, and medical transcription and quality assurance.
