At Alera Group, I manage payroll, census, eligibility, enrollment, and ACA compliance data for multiple employer clients. I validate source-to-target results across 100+ reporting datasets and help identify data-quality exceptions before regulatory submission.

I've automated 20+ recurring data-quality checks using SQL and Python with Pandas, streamlining reconciliation, file standardization, and exception identification. I also manage Jira-based defect workflows, retesting, audit-ready validation evidence, and production validation across recurring compliance cycles.

At Central Michigan University, I reconciled operational data from multiple source systems and established repeatable SQL and Python validation routines for 50+ recurring checks. I also generated and validated Power BI dashboards and Tableau reports, including datasets, measures, KPIs, filters, and outputs.

Earlier at Capgemini, I supported enterprise ETL and reporting workflows through Talend, SQL validation, source-to-target checks, integration testing, regression testing, and dashboard validation. I enjoy working across technical and business teams to resolve data discrepancies and deliver accurate reporting.
