At United HealthCare, I reviewed more than 10 million healthcare claims records using SQL, identifying accuracy issues and cost drivers that reduced unnecessary spending by 18% annually.
I developed Power BI dashboards to track cost per member, readmission rates, and provider utilization. I also designed and maintained ETL pipelines with Azure Data Factory and SSIS while following data privacy and PII protocols.
At Humana, I analyzed member enrollment and healthcare utilization data, and used Python with Pandas and NumPy to clean and explore healthcare datasets. I developed ETL processes and built Tableau and Power BI dashboards for reporting and quality assurance.
