What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced operations role where I can own SKU lifecycle execution and vendor compliance, work closely with QC and cross-team stakeholders, and use NetSuite-driven workflows to keep production accurate, on-time, and customer-ready.

I’m a detail-driven vendor management and compliance specialist focused on SKU lifecycle execution—keeping label compliance flawless, artwork placement accurate, and production movement fast and customer-ready. I manage complete SKU setup and maintenance in Oracle NetSuite for Key Account (USA, Indie, Europe), including UPC/EAN/GTIN details, ticketing instructions, and daily Sales Order / Purchase Order activity.

From label lifecycle ownership (creation, ordering, digital proofs, approval tracking, and dispatch to vendors) to QC compliance and TOP sample workflows, I coordinate KA teams, vendors, and QC to prevent delays and resolve ticketing errors quickly. I also bring procurement and digital marketing experience—sourcing and supplier coordination, inspection planning, and email/Facebook query handling—so I can connect operational detail with upstream and downstream execution.
