What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my HR, labour relations, workforce planning, and organizational development experience in a role where I can support complex employee relations and advance anti-racism, equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.

At Ontario's Ministry of Treasury Board Secretariat, I advise leaders on complex employee relations, labour relations, grievances, organizational design, workforce planning, performance, staffing, and compensation.

I've supported unionized workplaces across OPSEU, AMAPCEO, ETFO, OSSTF, and CUPE, providing mediation, workplace discrimination and harassment advisory support, accommodation, return-to-work, and attendance management guidance. I also contributed to anti-racism performance commitments, the Black Alliance Internship, and a Disability Inclusion action plan.

Across York Region District School Board, Elections Canada, Restaurant Brands International, HCL Technologies, and private-sector operations, I've delivered recruitment, workforce analytics, staffing, onboarding, leadership coaching, and HR policy initiatives. I bring more than 20 years of HR and organizational development experience in unionized and IT organizations.
