I’m a recruitment professional with 3+ years of experience in US and domestic staffing, specializing in IT & Non-IT roles across multiple industries. I focus on full-cycle recruitment—building pipelines, sourcing candidates, and delivering quality hires within deadlines.

In my roles, I’ve supported the entire hiring workflow: sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiating offers, and onboarding coordination. I’m experienced in hiring for W2, C2C, permanent, and contract models, including US Citizens and Green Card holders on W2.

Most recently, I’ve been working as a Freelance Recruiter remotely, managing IT & Non-IT requirements in the domestic market using Naukri and Monster.
