At Capgemini Technology Services India Limited, I maintain master data and bills of materials, adjust planning parameters, monitor MRP runs, and resolve production issues in SAP PP.

I've configured and tested SAP PP applications, supported production orders from creation through closure, and worked with MM, PM, QM, and SD teams to resolve integration and material-availability issues.

Through Production Planning Optimization & Support and Orion projects, I've handled planned orders, goods movements, confirmations, PP/QM business scenarios, end-user training, and process documentation.

I also bring experience in SAP QM, SAP MM, Java, SQL, manual testing, GenAI Copilot systems, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools.
