On the quality side, I configure Master Inspection Characteristics (MIC), inspection plans, sampling procedures, inspection lots, quality notifications, and support usage decision and COA generation. I also lead data migration using LSMW, manage change requests and enhancements, and drive testing cycles (Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT) with user training and hypercare after go-live—especially for global manufacturing clients.
