I’m an SAP PP/QM consultant with 7.4 years of experience across SAP PP/QM implementation, rollouts, application support, and maintenance. I’ve worked on end-to-end project lifecycles, including one complete R/3 end-to-end implementation, six R/3 rollouts, two R/3 support projects, and an S/4HANA support project.

I bring a strong understanding of business processes—analyzing requirements, finalizing business scenarios, and translating them into SAP PP/QM configurations in line with agreed specifications. I’m comfortable covering the full scope of project execution: configuration, unit testing, integration testing, documentation, data conversion/migration, and end-user support and training.

In recent work at IBM, I implement IDOC functionality from SAP to CPI to MES for Europe, USA, and Canada regions. I’ve supported go-live activities through unittesting, integration testing, training, documentation, and I also integrated with ABAP for new QM master-data related interfaces, resolving end-user tickets and improving process order execution using batch determination.

At Infosys, I led end-to-end PP/QM testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) for high-stakes pharma rollouts with zero critical defects at go-live. I also reduced post-go-live support tickets by 20% by creating comprehensive KUT manuals and quick reference guides, and contributed to S/4HANA readiness by harmonizing material types and transactions across global locations.
